Zamba was an internationally famous Hollywood animal actor, hand-raised by animal behaviorist Ralph Helfer at his Africa U.S.A. ranch in California. Known as "The Greatest Lion That Ever Lived", Zamba was famed for his gentle temperament and starred alongside major actors
