"Raymond's father, the long-time leader of the Scorpions, plans on "retiring" and turning over the business to his young son an innocent newcomer to the crime business. Meanwhile, the turf is taken over by Dragon, the Big Boss, who plots to eliminate the other gang leaders-one by one. But Raymond must return to the village to avenge the death of his father and fight for control. Who will become the new leader of the village?
